4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The purpose of processing personal data is for marketing purposes.

Access to the registry is restricted to the data controller.

5. Information Content of the Registry

IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the operation of the service are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, including for security purposes and for collecting statistical information about website visitors, in cases where they may be considered as personal data. Consent is requested separately for third-party cookies.

6. Regular Sources of Information

The information stored in the registry is obtained from customers through means such as messages sent via website forms, email, phone calls, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where customers provide their information.

Information about contacts of companies and other organizations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other businesses.

7. Data Disclosures

The data in the marketing registry is intended for the use of RingConcierge only.

8. Principles of Registry Protection

Care and proper protection of the information processed in the registry are observed. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, both physical and digital security of the hardware is adequately maintained. The data controller ensures that stored data, as well as server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data, are handled confidentially and only by employees for whom it is part of their job description.

9. Right of Inspection and Right to Request Data Correction

Every person in the registry has the right to inspect the information stored about them in the registry and to request correction of any incorrect information or completion of any incomplete information. If a person wishes to inspect the information stored about them or request corrections, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, request the requester to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time frame specified in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually within a month).

10. Other Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data

A person in the registry has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the registry (“the right to be forgotten”). Registered individuals also have other rights under the European General Data Protection Regulation, such as the right to restrict the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, request the requester to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time frame specified in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually within a month).
